Construction Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement project requirements and programmes
  • Assist with appointment of subcontractors
  • Management of procurement process for projects
  • Conduct weekly meetings to facilitate process of projects
  • Work with Site Managers to ensure projects comply with building regulations
