Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of interior and furniture projects. This includes residential, commercial, and bespoke furniture fit-outs, ensuring that timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
