Job Description
Thompson Construction Group has a current opening for a Project Manager in our Fort McMurray area of operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timeline and budget, to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner while meeting project requirements.
- Provide scheduling for estimates and projects.
- Organize daily operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers.
- Manage change orders including quoting and cost analysis pertaining to the changes in the project scope.
- Responsible for project reporting such as cost summaries, load count reports, daily LEM reporting, volume tracking and invoicing.
- Participation in weekly progress meetings.
- Participation in weekly supervisor and management meetings.
- Review daily foreman reports for coding.
- Job site visits with management and supervision.
- Assisting with budget estimates and quotes.
