Lead design projects at Enersolv Design + Build as a Project Manager in Burnaby, British Columbia. Drive sustainable practices and meet client expectations while fostering teamwork.
In this role, reporting to the Design Director, you will direct and monitor all operations within the Design division. You’ll leverage your 5+ years of design experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection to manage small to medium projects effectively. Commitment to team management and quality improvement will be key drivers in your day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide workload forecasting for secured projects
• Recommend new work distribution based on team capacity
• Prepare Schematic Design and Design Development reports
• Assign tasks to junior staff for satisfactory completion
