This position requires expertise in project management, compliance with safety standards, and effective cost control. You'll be involved in planning, subcontractor coordination, and managing client contracts through change orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple industrial management sites simultaneously
• Coordinate all phases: planning to cost control
• Conduct weekly site visits for safety checks
• Prepare and negotiate change orders with clients
• Collaborate with estimators to enhance margins
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Project Manager experience in construction
• Strong proficiency in project management software
• Excellent technical plan analysis skills
