Your day in the life of a Project Manager, Field Operations at Optus
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of fibre infrastructure projects within the Damage and Relocations (DAR) portfolio, supporting 5G Mobile and Core Network programsManage projects from survey and approvals through to build, completion and handover — ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality and HSE standardsDrive RFQ / RFT processes, contractor engagement, purchase orders, cost variations and performance managementAct as the escalation point for complex delivery and Severity 1 & 2 service interruptions, working across internal teams and external partnersBuild strong working relationships with councils, regulators, utilities, developers, vendors and internal stakeholders
