Your day in the life of a Project Manager, Field Operations at Optus

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of fibre infrastructure projects within the Damage and Relocations (DAR) portfolio, supporting 5G Mobile and Core Network programs
  • Manage projects from survey and approvals through to build, completion and handover — ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality and HSE standards
  • Drive RFQ / RFT processes, contractor engagement, purchase orders, cost variations and performance management
  • Act as the escalation point for complex delivery and Severity 1 & 2 service interruptions, working across internal teams and external partners
