Project Manager - Federal Facility Projects

Merrick & Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a team working on challenging, innovative facility design projects within our High Performance Facilities Business Unit at our Atlanta, GA or Melbourne, FL office or remotely in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and profitability for architecture and engineering design projects; primary area of work is to manage facilities design with military and government clients with construction budgets up to $250 million. Meet with clients to prepare and/or validate proposed scope of work. Prepares fee proposals for full-service design work.
