Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager that will be overseeing and managing large commercial projects from start to finish. This candidate will also need to be local to the Dallas market for project base needs.
Day to Day Requirements:
• Ensure timely completion of high-quality projects within budget constraints. Conduct regular status updates and end-of-contract cost analysis. Efficiently incorporate scope changes and verify project estimates for accuracy.
• Reviews various reports to determine project status and determine actions required. Provides periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis.
• Conducts pre-job planning meetings and documents meeting results, ensures all action items are completed. Develops and keeps current all the project schedules. Ensures all schedules mesh with the master project schedule.
• Establishes and executes subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets.
