Duties

Vancouver Island University (VIU) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects that support VIU's academic, research, and operational needs.

With a focus on small-to-mid-scale projects, the Project Manager will independently provide full project management services to clients, ensuring timely completion while adhering to project scope, budget, and quality standards. The successful candidate will effectively coordinate resources, stakeholders, and vendors.

The Project Manager works within a project planning and delivery team, and plays a critical role in shaping the built campus environment at VIU's campuses across multiple locations.
