Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a global M&A divestiture initiative involving the disposition of 150+ applications across multiple regions, including significant collaboration with teams in Japan . This role requires ERP experience (SAP, Epicor, ETQ, Reliance, or similar), strong technical communication skills, and the ability to manage tight timelines driven by Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) .

Responsibilities:

• Lead global application disposition efforts across multiple waves of work.
• Manage timelines tied to TSA deadlines to avoid costly extensions.
