Tasks
Identify and develop new projects, including responding to public tenders (Hydro-Québec) and maintaining a strong partner network. Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment) and compile technical project documentation. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of medium-voltage projects, including cable pulling, substation installation, and connections. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, resources, and client communications. Supervise subcontractors and internal field teams, ensuring compliance with Hydro-Québec standards, CCQ regulations, and health and safety requirements (CNESST).
