Role Description

The Project Manager – Epicor – Implementation will oversee end-to-end Epicor ERP implementation activities for an on-site client location in Seremban. This contract role includes planning project phases, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinating internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing expediting and logistics related to system rollout, supervising inspection and validation of configured modules, and monitoring progress against milestones. The Project Manager will conduct regular status meetings, manage risk and issue logs, ensure documentation is accurate, and support testing, training, and go‑live activities. The role also includes tracking project performance, reporting to leadership, and driving post‑implementation review and optimization.
