Project Manager (Engineering)

Managing and leading the project team—including internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and consortium partners, as applicable—as well as coordinating with external interfaces for projects of up to high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the project team to achieve and further improve the cost, schedule, quality and EHS targets
• Supervise the final negotiations for the allocated project and provide the execution strategy
• Ensure that the project schedule baseline is signed by the involved parties at the start of the project
• Perform proper risk and opportunity management
• Prepare and perform Project Reviews as requested, report according to Bühler Project Management process
• Responsible for the site briefing meeting; ensure that all site relevant documents are handed over to site personnel
