Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project phases from mobilization to delivery
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners
• Supervise field teams and ensure compliance with OHS standards
• Analyze calls for tenders and technical documents
• Evaluate costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracting
• Prepare detailed and competitive submissions
• Participate in pre-bid site visits
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to optimize costs
