  • Supervise field teams and ensure compliance with OHS standards
  • Analyze calls for tenders and technical documents
  • Evaluate costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracting
  • Prepare detailed and competitive submissions
  • Participate in pre-bid site visits
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to optimize costs
