Project Manager, Energy & Decarbonization (Construction)

We are seeking a Project Manager, Energy & Decarbonization to join our Asset & Environmental Sustainability Team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Asset & Environmental Sustainability, this role will lead the execution of energy retrofit and decarbonization construction projects across Canada. Working closely with our Operations teams, consultants, contractors and tenants, you will oversee the delivery of impactful projects—primarily focused on HVAC and electrical systems—that advance Allied’s Net Zero Carbon Plan and other strategic ESG initiatives.

Allied has set near‑ and long‑term science‑based emissions reduction targets in alignment with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). These include a 42% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 (from a 2022 base year) and achieving net zero by 2050.
