Join a dynamic team as an Electrical Project Manager focusing on small retrofit projects in East Mississauga. Oversee key contractors and ensure compliance on diverse Electrical projects.
In this role, you'll handle projects ranging from $500k to $5M+, working directly with General Contractors, Consultants, and your team. Your 5+ years of experience will support effective project execution from start to finish. Engage in financial oversight, change management, and ensure safety compliance in every project.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead project execution with comprehensive planning • Manage financials and track productivity through software • Assess out of scope work and negotiate change orders • Supervise complex electrical system installations • Maintain safety and compliance with all regulations
