Project Analyst – Aerospace PMO

Location: Calgary | Employment Type: Full‑Time / C2C

We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst with solid PMO, Risk Management, and Project Reporting expertise within the Aerospace domain. The ideal candidate will support project planning, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation activities in a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support PMO operations, project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
  • Assist with financial forecasting and cost tracking
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation planning
