Job Description
- Project Management: Own the project implementation with regional and country business owner across Client markets in NA & SAPMENA. Enable and drive E-Commerce Project. Work with all key stakeholders to ensure project compliance & delivery.
- IT Operations: Collaborate with Run team to ensure support model is strong and enhanced to meet the business requirement for sustainable system operations and run. Ensure risk mitigation and controls in place.
- Act as the IT liaison to lead communications with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Perform business servicing by collecting and translating business needs in E-Commerce/OMS (Order Management System) area into system requirements.
