Project Management: Own the project implementation with regional and country business owner across Client markets in NA & SAPMENA. Enable and drive E-Commerce Project. Work with all key stakeholders to ensure project compliance & delivery.IT Operations: Collaborate with Run team to ensure support model is strong and enhanced to meet the business requirement for sustainable system operations and run. Ensure risk mitigation and controls in place.Act as the IT liaison to lead communications with internal stakeholders and external partners.Perform business servicing by collecting and translating business needs in E-Commerce/OMS (Order Management System) area into system requirements.
