Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Melbourne (Eastern Suburbs) 
Work Type: Full Time
Salary: $140,000- $180,000 + Car allowance + Super
Our client, a well-established construction company, specialising in commercial and service projects are searching for a Project Manager on a full time basis. You will oversee the project lifecycle of numerous defence remediation works throughout Melbourne.
About the role:
The Project Manager will:

  • Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
  • Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
  • Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
