Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Technical Service Provider to make the key appointment of Project Manager for Dublin.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager will responsible for managing inception to completion projects ranging in value from €500k – €2m.
Working across a diverse multi-property portfolio, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple maintenance, refurbishment and alteration projects to Blue-Chip clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes.
* Collaboratively work with stakeholders, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work.
