Client/ Stakeholder Management. Coordination and management of Subcontractors.Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization.Be the primary POC for delivery of asset overhauls, Mechanical system renovations, utility system major repairs and general construction projects– providing regular updates on progress at scheduled meetings.Systems may include, Compressors, Chillers, Boilers, AHU, Burners, Scrubber, Exhaust, piping, ducting, pumping and water systems.Client/ Stakeholder Management .
