Role & Responsibilities:

  • Overall management and supervision of mall renovation and fit-out works

  • Lead architectural coordination between client, contractors, and specialist subcontractors.

  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines

  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
