A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major £20m + project in Plymouth. This is a key site-based role, managing the delivery of a high-profile scheme and leading a full site team, with extensive client liaison and reporting. As The Project Lead, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be the main point of contact for the client and play a crucial role in developing strong working relationships, while delivering this landmark scheme within programme and budget.
