KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage complete project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through handover and close-out.

• Develop comprehensive project schedules (MS Project / Primavera), monitor progress, and take corrective action on delays.

• Manage project budgets, track cost-to-completion, and control expenditure against approved budgets.

• Review and approve engineering drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
