Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all projects assigned to Technical Staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings and project updates with Technical Staff.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, timesheets, and overall staff performance.
  • Ensuring all project documents are complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Coordinate with clients, Sales, Engineering, and other departments.
  • Conduct site inspections, enforce safety policies, and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Review and approve technical documents, billing, materials requests, and testing reports.
  • Support project implementation when needed and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
  • Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and turnover
