Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all projects assigned to Technical Staff.
- Conduct regular meetings and project updates with Technical Staff.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, timesheets, and overall staff performance.
- Ensuring all project documents are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Coordinate with clients, Sales, Engineering, and other departments.
- Conduct site inspections, enforce safety policies, and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Review and approve technical documents, billing, materials requests, and testing reports.
- Support project implementation when needed and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
