What You’ll Need- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related tech field
- Experience: 3+ years leading data‑focused projects as Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Technical: Proven track record with data platforms (SQL, cloud analytics, ETL pipelines)
- Languages: Professional fluency in English (C1+)
- Negotiation: Navigate competing priorities between business and technical teams
