Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center and Critical Cooling projects. This role owns project execution end-to-end, from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover, with full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan, including scope, resources, logistics, and risk management
Plan and control project schedules and budgets, including cash flow, cost-to-complete, and variations
Lead procurement of major mechanical equipment and long-lead items
Manage site execution, subcontractors, and QA/QC to ensure compliance with design and international standards
Lead design reviews, resolve RFIs, and coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and structural trades
