Project Manager – Construction/Maintenance (Public Sector)

VANRATH is assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for a Project Manager for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension. You will predominantly be based in their Belfast site.

Responsibilities

To assist the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of a programme of Revenue replacement and Capital works projects, manage contracts in accordance with NEC 4 contracts. Provide monthly reports on programme, financial expenditure or as may be required. Performance manage Contractors in accordance with specific Contract guidelines. Conduct monthly meetings as required by the Contract.
