What will you do?

In this role, you will manage all construction-related activities across multiple projects in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. You will strategize project delivery from concept through all stages of design and construction and utilize your expertise to manage construction projects to include the preparation and distribution of bid documents, analysis of contractor’s submissions, negotiating the contractor agreement as well as organizing and maintaining construction project documents. Below are some of the additional responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:

  • Perform site visits, site supervision of projects, and preparation of site reports and documentation;

  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations;
