Project Manager - Construction

Reporting to the Project Management Department, the Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of construction projects, from start to completion, in close collaboration with the estimating team, site supervisors, and other professionals:
• Comprehensive project planning and coordination;
• Management of budgets, schedules, and contracts;
• Coordinating with professionals and subcontractors;
• Administrative and financial monitoring of projects;
• Managing changes and cost overruns;
• Collaborating with site supervisors and the estimating team;
• All other related tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience with a general contractor (required);

• Project management experience with projects ranging from $500,000 to $8,000,000;

• Experience with public (SEAO) and/or private projects;

• Project types: institutional, commercial, new construction, major renovation...
