Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project duration.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, and implementing contingency plans as needed.
Monitor project progress and providing regular updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals to drive project success.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
