Project Manager-Coach for Half-Time Project

Overview

Our three-year Half-Time project, starting in September 2026, is co‑financed by the European Social Fund. The project aims to maintain and strengthen the employment readiness of unemployed youth through sports, healthy lifestyles, and daily support. TampereMission manages the project, with Ilves ry and Tampere University of Applied Sciences as partners. We collaborate with the City of Tampere's growth and employment services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project and ensure effective collaboration among the project actors.
• Manage external communication, smooth reporting to the steering group and funders.
• Handle budget management.
• Provide individual and group support to young people in client work, participate in implementing sports activities for youth, and train peer mentors.
• Combine administrative skills with meaningful client work among young people.
