Project Manager - CMS

Description GSPANN is hiring a Project Manager with expertise in CMS to lead end-to-end delivery of CMS projects with a focus on AEM. The role includes managing teams, driving Agile practices, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

Visualize project risks early and create mitigation plans.

Develop a deep understanding of projects to define the service delivery scope clearly.

Optimize processes and approaches to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.

Provide stakeholders with accurate and regular performance reports.

Participate in client proposals, including scoping, effort estimation, and planning.

Collaborate on milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies.

Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliver them on schedule with high quality.

Manage teams in delivering projects while providing direction and guidance.
