Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple engineering projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met. Drive product development activities from concept through design, validation, and production release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and suppliers. Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project. Evaluate materials and components to ensure optimal performance, cost, and compliance. Oversee design reviews, testing activities, and risk assessments. Support regulatory compliance efforts, particularly for FDA-regulated medical devices (if applicable). Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
