Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple initiatives within the South Carolina Medicaid system, partnering with SC DHHS Medicaid IT and the University’s MITS team. This role combines project coordination with incident management, overseeing incident escalation, major‑incident communication, weekly reporting, and process compliance. The Project Manager will liaise between technical teams and leadership, support security‑risk discussions, present change requests to the Change Advisory Board, and maintain strong relationships across state and university partners. Candidates should have 5+ years of project management experience, including MS Project, MS Visio, Waterfall methodology, and experience with BMC Footprints, Medicaid eligibility, and release coordination. Experience with incident management, Power BI, SQL, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
