Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Claims Transformation Team as a Project Manager.
You will support the European Claims Transformation portfolio, working closely with senior leaders across the organization to help develop and execute plans that analyze and standardize processes, drive change and technology implementation, and improve operational capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will coordinate project activities, support team communication,assistwith planning and scheduling, manage project documentation and reporting, and contribute to data-driven analysis and metric tracking that supports key operational and strategic initiatives.

Lead meetings with cross-functional teams and communicate progress, outcomes, and risks clearly to stakeholders
Coordinate project activities across business experts, key sponsors, IT delivery teams, and external vendors
