  • Assist our team in fulfilling their contracted Project Management obligations on large construction [RB1] projects across the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion and occupation;
  • Working with the Project Manager to ensure that the revenue, costs estimates are current and all invoicing and payment up todate;
  • Support, and report on, the change management process on selected projects, and put in place effective protocols to support successful delivery;Have detailed knowledge and experience of project management processes, including a clear understanding of the key deliverables for a Project Team, as defined under RIBA stages 0 to 7; [RB2]
  • Assist the Project Manager, in developing, monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics by applying tools and procedures that contribute to successful project delivery;
