Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer) to handle construction projects with strong focus on HVAC and Fire Protection systems. The role involves planning, coordination, cost control, and successful project delivery in compliance with Philippine standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical works from planning to project turnover
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC & Fire Protection systems
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, and safety
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Building Code and Fire Code (BFP)
• Prepare progress reports and manage billing/variations

Qualifications

• PRC-licensed Mechanical Engineer
• 8+ years construction experience (HVAC & Fire Protection)
