Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or Project Management. Complementary training in sustainability, renewable energy or environmental remediation will be highly valued.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years managing complex urban development or infrastructure projects, with demonstrable experience in at least 3 of the following areas: industrial rehabilitation, soil decontamination, renewable energy, urbanisation or public services management. Previous experience with budgets exceeding €10M.
- Highly Valued Experience: Specific experience in large-scale housing development projects will be very positively valued, including management of multifamily residential developments and coordination with property developers.
