Project Manager – CAPEX, Supply Chain

Responsibilities
Lead strategic CAPEX projects in Supply Chain from planning through final delivery;
Own the control and monitoring of the directorate's CAPEX investments, ensuring financial discipline and predictability;
Ensure project execution within scope, schedule, cost and quality, with an end-to-end perspective;
Apply and strengthen project management methodology based on PMBOK, raising the area's maturity level;
Structure and monitor schedules, risks, KPIs and executive status reports;
Conduct follow-up meetings and committees with stakeholders and leadership;
Act as a strategic link between Supply Chain, Finance and other areas;
Identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risks and capture gains;
Lead and develop specialists and analysts, strengthening the team and building successors;
Ensure projects deliver the strategic benefits forecasted in the business cases.
