The Project Manager’s mandate is to serve the company’s strategic vision and deliver critical projects—contributing directly to growth initiatives, customer engagement, asset development, and continuous improvement—for and throughout the organization.

With aggressive growth targets, Fastco is primarily focused on market expansion, systems integration, process optimization and automation, and continuous improvement.
