Project Manager

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Scheduling & Execution

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and milestones
• Oversee day-to-day project execution, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to address delays, risks, and changing conditions
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications
• Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, progress reviews, and closeout sessions
