JOB OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT MANAGER (Hospital Building Construction)

We are seeking a Licensed Project Manager with solid experience in Hospital Building Construction to oversee and manage projects from planning to successful completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• At least 8–10 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare building construction
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEPFS systems
• Proficient in construction project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Familiar with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and government compliance
