POSITION INFO:
Role Purpose To lead the delivery of a complex, high-impact large-scale business transition programme involving multiple interdependent workstreams, senior stakeholders, regulatory and governance considerations, and material operational and people impacts. The role is accountable for coordinating the end-to-end execution of the transition, ensuring business continuity, risk-managed delivery, stakeholder alignment, and a smooth shift towards the agreed future-state operating model within defined timelines.
