2. Act as a Guide & lead a team of Civil Engineers located at Project sites PAN India
3. Timely execution and completion of projects within budgeted time & cost.
KRA 2 - Project Management
1. Must have extensive knowledge and experience of handling and timely completion of large size Civil projects.
2. Will be independently responsible for the total execution of the project.
3. Interaction and maintaining good relationship with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers would be the main responsibility.
KRA 3 -Productivity & Process Improvement
1. Responsible for systematic review of projects and regularly apprise top management about the project progression.
2. Co-ordination with Govt. officials for timely execution and final completion of projects.
3. Co-ordination at the backend with support functions like engineering, contracts, procurement and finance.
