The Opportunity

An established main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major £32m care home development in Bath.

The scheme includes:

  • Full demolition works

  • Part new build construction

  • Extension to existing structures

  • Refurbishment and conversion of retained buildings
