Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bardez. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring residential construction and finishing activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams; managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; and monitoring site progress, quality, and safety standards. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-ground issues, and expediting materials and approvals to avoid delays. The Project Manager will also track project documentation, prepare status reports, support logistics planning for materials and equipment, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
