Project Manager

Responsibilities :-

• Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of cost, schedule and quality
• Responsible for project cost control, project planning and implementation
• Identity priorities and tasks and develop the organization structure to assure executions of tasks, by providing clear direction on methods, time frame and schedule to achieve the stated goals
• Ensuring project quality and identity risk management and develop mitigation plan
• Regular updating and reporting of project performance, progress and analysis
• Monitor performance indications and client contractual requirements
• Deeply involved in improving engineering and procurement to enhance competency
• Communicate with the client's representatives continuously regarding project progress and areas of concerns
• Establish beneficial partnership with customers, sub-contractors and vendor
